Released On August 29th 2025

Listen on bandcamp here

In a world drowned in noise, one voice cuts through the static.

Nil Prophet rides into town with a spring-reverb-soaked baritone guitar, his words sharpened into maxims, his riffs loaded like six-shooters.

The drums thunder like hooves across a neon desert. The bass, as heavy as legend itself, shakes the ground. And above it all, the Prophet delivers three unrelenting decrees, not whispered, but fired point-blank.

Three maxims. Three truths. Three transmissions.

This isn’t synthwave.

This is Prophetwave.

Track Highlights

Wake From The Dream

The opening decree. Nil Prophet tears away the veil with the first maxim: "Wake from the dream / Nothing is what it seems", before the groove crashes in. Drums collide with baritone grit, calling the listener to shake off illusions and face reality head-on.

Break Free

A call to liberation. The Prophet lays down the second maxim: "Break free / Be who you want to be", and the baritone guitar answers with riff-soaked authority. The bass surges like an underground tremor, urging resistance against the chains of conformity.

Don’t Trust Your Leaders

The final maxim, delivered without mercy: "Don’t trust your leaders / They are here to bleed us." A proclamation set against hooves of drum and heavy bass. Here Nil Prophet sounds like a sheriff in the wasteland, laying down law in distortion and reverb.

Final Thoughts

The Three Maxims is a brief but devastating strike; a trilogy of decrees forged in neon and distortion. Within the Vintage Sound Project universe, where each voice tells its own stories, myths, and atmospheres, Nil Prophet stands tall: uncompromising, direct, and unflinching. His words are few, but they cut deep, carved into stone before the riffs descend like judgment.

The Prophet has spoken.
